Withdrawn as a second record of one dataset. The City of Boston portal's dataset `approved-building-permits` was accessioned twice, by two runs on 2 September 2026 whose second came 5 minutes after the first, and this record is the second. The dataset is held at /dataset/approved-building-permits, which carries this record's provenance chain beside its own.
The record is not deleted and was not quietly unlisted. It resolves at the address it has always had, it keeps its identifier and its provenance, and its prior state is filed whole in its version history. An archive that disappears what it cannot support is not more trustworthy than one that corrects itself in the open; it is less.
